Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means the customer must contact Twist and Flaunt within 3 days with clear and crisp images of the issue they are experiencing.  And once approved, the customer should return the item(s) within 5 days of the approval. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in exactly the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the customer must ship the product at their own expense to the address listed below. We strongly suggest that returns should be shipped with a reputable courier vendor like DTDC, Blue Dart, etc. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or shipped again.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately - on the same day- if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If the item is tried or used at least once, we will NOT be able to accept the return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
